an act of staying.
We design buildings that intend to be where they are. Working from a small studio in Truckee, our practice resolves architecture and construction together — drawing closely with builders, land stewards, and the people who will live with the work for a long time.
Founded in 2009 by Annika Lindgren, the studio operates with a core team of seven and a select portfolio of two to four new commissions per year.
